What services do you offer?
I offer Ayurvedic consultations, postpartum care, and Ayurvedic meal guidance and preparation. Each service is customized to your unique needs.
Do you accept insurance?
No, Ayurvedic services are not covered by insurance. However, I accept credit, debit, HSA / FSA Cards for payment.
How is an Ayurvedic consultation different from a regular doctor’s visit?
Ayurvedic consultations focus on understanding your unique constitution (doshas) and addressing imbalances naturally through diet, lifestyle recommendations, and herbal support rather than prescriptions.
Where is your practice located, and do you offer virtual consultations?
My practice is located in Louisville, KY. I offer both in-person and virtual consultations to support clients near and far.
What happens after discovery call?
If you feel aligned to work with me and trust Ayurveda will bring gentle balance please go ahead and book a session for In-depth Ayurvedic consultation.
Once I finish intake will you send me a protocol or should I meet you again ?
I will take a couple of days to integrate what we have discussed in the in depth consultation and send you a detailed protocol on lifestyle , diet and herbal ( recommendations if any ) for 15 days or 30 days. I will then call or meet you virtually to go over everything and clarify any questions. This session is free and price is included in the intake.
Will you be available through call or text after the consultation?
As much as I want to support you throughout your healing journey , I want to be mindful. Emails and texts are allowed but please do not expect immediate reply and I am not on call. If any medical emergencies please call your healthcare provider or 911.
What does sliding scale mean?
Sliding scale means that I am open for flexibility in payment options based on the needs of the clients. Since this is a heart centered practice I want to make sure you get these services at a price thats affordable to you. This is a decision that I will make with you on a client by client basis.
