At Praana Bloom, we value your time and ours. To ensure a respectful and smooth experience for all clients, we’ve outlined the following policy regarding cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds.

1. Consultation Booking Terms

  • All sessions must be booked and paid for in advance.

  • Bookings are confirmed only after successful payment via our scheduling/payment platform.

2. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel a scheduled session with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice (or customize this to 48 hours if preferred).

  • Cancellations made before the 24-hour window will receive a full refund or can be rescheduled at no extra cost.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session will not be eligible for a refund, but a one-time courtesy reschedule may be allowed (subject to availability).

  • No-shows without prior notice will not be refunded or rescheduled.

3. Rescheduling Policy

  • Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • Rescheduling within 24 hours is allowed only once per client as a courtesy.

  • Additional last-minute rescheduling requests may require a new booking and payment.

4. Late Arrivals

Please join your session on time. If you are late:

  • Your session time may be shortened accordingly.

  • Sessions ending early due to late arrival will not be refunded or extended unless agreed upon in advance.

5. Refunds for Services & Packages

  • Single sessions canceled within the allowed time frame are eligible for full refunds.

  • Package purchases (if offered) are non-refundable once the first session is completed.

  • Unused sessions within a package may be credited or rescheduled at our discretion.

6. Workshops & Special Programs

For any group sessions, events, or workshops:

  • Cancellations made 7 days before the start date are eligible for a full refund.

  • Cancellations made within 7 days may be eligible for a partial refund or credit depending on the nature of the event.

7. Technical Issues

If a session is disrupted due to technical difficulties on our end, it will be rescheduled at no cost. If the issue is on your end (e.g., poor internet), we’ll do our best to accommodate rescheduling once, but repeated disruptions may be treated as a cancellation.

9. Policy Updates

We reserve the right to update this policy at any time. Clients will be notified of major changes, and the latest version will always be available on our website.
